You call (855) 575-2890 at any hour and reach the line, which stays open every day of the year. Tell us what is happening and where you are. We tell you what to shut off or stop using, then schedule the visit, with same-day appointments when available.

Before work starts, you get a clear price. If the job turns out to need something different, we explain why and agree on the new price before continuing.

What we do and do not do.

We handle drains, sewer lines, water heaters, leaks, fixtures, sump pumps and related plumbing for homes and small commercial properties. Our service pages describe each job in detail.

We do not repair foundations, rebuild roofs or replace electrical service. If a plumbing problem turns out to need a structural specialist or an electrician, we tell you so instead of guessing.

• Public water mains and public sewers: Missouri American Water and MSD handle those.
• Structural and foundation work: a structural specialist.

3. We schedule. Same-day appointments are offered when available, and we confirm the timing on the phone.

Why the site is built the way it is.

The work we handle.
